Had the Merlin bird ID app running on my phone during this morning's walk. Strongly doubt the heron, but who knows? I've seen pelicans circling over Tucson, possibly blown north from the Sea of Cortez, so maybe? #ornithologicalcuriosity

Talked today with a Dutch podcaster about my time in NATO flying the F-15 Eagle, so I wore the watch I flew with in those days. Turns out it's hard to flash a watch during a Zoom session without looking like you're doing it on purpose! #bigseiko
