This is clearly a violation of the First Amendment. This is a government official directly demanding the censorship of speech he dislikes.

I love them so much. I want an entire garden of them. When we redid our backyard, we had to give up our hibiscus and I still miss it. I just decided I'm going to buy one or two tomorrow.
