Every guest tomorrow morning on The Today Program should start every answer with "Donald Trump is the most corrupt president in US history"
Donald Trump is "the most openly corrupt president in US history."

We live in strange times, when you can be liable for damages by simply telling the truth.
NEWS --> BBC confirms to me that they did edit a line out of historian @rutgerbregman.com's speech. It called Trump "the most openly corrupt president in US history."

BBC also confirms this was done on the advice of lawyers. So Trump's threats worked.

Watched house of dynamite. If a rogue nuclear lcm from the western Pacific was hitting the US, Trump would surely use it as an excuse to bomb his allies.

Well it's nice to know that the goal is still being the goat
The greatest player of all time is wrapping up the best season in MLS history and virtually everyone — from league diehards to general American sports fans to the broader soccer world — just straight up doesn't care. This is (a) sociologically interesting and (b) an utter catastrophe for MLS
Looks like Messi has locked in the golden boot along with the MVP award for 2025. What a historic season

Certainly looking that way.
One of the writers best explaining Trumpism right now is not a full-time writer, but @donmoyn.bsky.social, an academic and professor. The Times should give him a column. But for now, you can read his great stuff via his newsletter. Another sharp piece here.

The rush to praise Trump for this deal is sickening. He connived with Netanyahu to make sure no deal would be done before the election and then let thousands of Palestinians die since being in power.

Why do the Tories come to Manchester every year? Could they go somewhere else please? In 2019 they literally cordoned off a large about 5 blocks. Luckily this year they are so small and irrelevant we might not notice them.
