Thanks to the BBC re-showing 'The Bridges that Built London' we are reminded what the Embankment looked like just a few years ago with the coach parking space given over to the marvellous cycle way of today.

The real reason why motorists who want to introduce road tax for cyclists is not 'accountability' or 'pay their share' but because cyclists inconvenience drivers.

Supporting the anti-ULEZ campaigners involves a lot more than you might think: "This is not just about ULEZ ... unnecessary cycle lanes and all restrictions on the motorist" i.e against 'unnecessary cycle lanes & "ALL RESTRICTIONS ON MOTORISTS" Don't say you weren't aware!

Ending the war in its early days would have meant rewarding Germany with the conquest of parts of France & Belgium; it would not have brought 'peace'. Ending the Russian invasion of Ukraine now would reward Putin's invasion, not bring peace. Musk doesn't seem to understand this.
