Political violence is absolutely unacceptable and must be condemned in the strongest possible terms.

It reminds me of something Sam Rayburn, former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives from Texas once said:
“Any jackass can kick down a barn, but it takes a good carpenter to build one.”

The chaos, confusion, and fear generated by the Trump administration this past week has had nothing to do with making people’s lives better.
Nothing.
Instead, it has all been about undermining the rule of law and consolidating power - by removing anyone who might hold them accountable.
