Why?

I agree. As a Colombian-American I went back home to Medellin last month and my cousin was admitted for a kidney stone (it runs in the family). The doctors insisted he stay overnight to be monitored and to administer pain relief FOR FREE. In the US I was given a slap on the back and told good luck.

But the music though. Is this the emotional climax to a feature film?

love we get to this point in the convo and gloss over anti-Arab violence. The point when you make a disingenuous suggestion that leftists are antisemites. I can also make the disingenuous suggestion that you’re anti-Arab because some guy killed an Arab boy. Or maybe I can quote the Knesset of Israel

I don’t think you know me well enough to determine my ethics.

Jews at Colombia were not held responsible for the actions of Israel. Also strange argument since the largest organized group protesting Israel consisted of… Jews

Hmm so your argument is that the Dems love genocide so much and therefore the leftists should just get in line? Very strange if you ask me.

Well 1, I’m not a citizen of the UAE 2. I don’t have the power to “shut down” the military industrial complex 3. You have 0 idea what my tax situation is. I’m mean we can play whataboutism all day. Why don’t you do that? Do you support genocide?

I’ve been a leftist long enough to know that liberals love to use identity politics to excuse their own oppression of poor black and brown people.

They do matter which is why you bringing up Sudan isn’t the flex you think it is.
December 16, 2024 at 9:47 AM
Thank you for making an even stronger case for not supporting Dems

Also punishing them for supporting genocide. Don’t forget that.

The dems need to learn that their votes are earned and are not theirs by right.

I spent a long time debating whether I would got in this election before I settled on green. There was no way that I would give my vote to a genocide who normalizes the Chaneys, the most evil political dynasty of modern American history.

Not voting can be just as much a function of democracy as voting. When citizens aren’t presented that they perceive act in their interests they don’t vote. I voted green because I saw both mainstream candidates as representing two sides of the same coin.
