If you download the duckduckgo app, you can switch on a setting that shows you all the apps on your phone that are sending data to Google, meta, etc.
It's all of them, and they're sending your email address, location, what apps you have installed, and more.
That's why everything has an app now!

The watery crap is a result of the shitty ketchup you're using. Try the Tiptree ketchup. It's more expensive but you don't need much of it and it tastes far far better.
