I agree with that. What I was surprised at was that no one asked Billie about the circumstances behind this. How was she asked, and how did she react, etc?

Given the repititive nature of the questions from the audience (whats your favourite monster/episode, etc), I doubt that was a consideration.

Sounds a lot like her Q&A I attended in Auckland last week. It was like everyone had been warned that the topic was off limits, even though that clearly hadn't happened.

Sorry to have missed you!

Wow, that looks gorgeous. I'd been picturing it as just a thicker version of CT.

RSM is the most senior rank held by a Warrant Officer.

You're spoiling us! I absolutely love these deep-dive articles.

If I may offer a small correction, Benton's rank is still Sergeant on the Robot credits (despite the promotion in the story). RSM appears on the credits for Terror of the Zygons and The Android Invasion.

Can't think why you'd pick that one to listen to.

Not the t-shirt, but we were allowed to keep one of the signs with the name, which we now have on display inside the shop.

That's our shop, yes! Rochelle is at the counter on the left.

Our shop features in episode 5 of series 11. Renamed 'Kingdom of Rogues', although you can still spot our sign in the scenes shot in the carpark behind the shop. Rochelles serving at the counter.

The Scarecrow is a classic of NZ 1980s cinema. Great film and novel. I'm surprised you've not heard of it. It made a big impression on me when I saw it on TV in the mid-1980s. Looking forward to seeing it again.

There's a distinct difference between the first three episodes and the rest of the story. As you may know, eps 1-3 are largely the work of David Whitaker, whereas eps 4-7 are ghost-written by Malcolm Hulke, who was brought in to complete the serial.
