Unbelievably, none of the vile statements this man has said previously have made me hate him as much as I do today, after this speech.
Gambling, or at least the incessant advertising of it, has blighted a generation, and will continue to do so until it’s legislated against. Taxing it isn’t enough.

It’s simple. If you give a little extra money to people that have very little, they’ll likely spend it. Taxing the mega-rich (who hoard billions) to fund the removal of the cap, seems not only morally justifiable, but economically literate.

These people give off such an ugly aura. Like some bizarro version of a human being. I get the same ick when I see the presenters on GB News.

It has just under 4 years to devise a way to enable people to examine their own needs & values and match them to the party or parties whose ideas & policies best match them.

It’s a hell of a task. That’s why it should be undertaken by a “movement” rather than a single party. 4/4

It’s about a system where the public have been (deliberately) not educated in politics and have to rely on a network of information owned by institutions that have a vested interest in keeping today’s status quo.

This is where the greater Left have to organise & educate. 3/4

I’ve heard people say that they’re disillusioned by Conservative or Labour but haven’t decided whether to vote Reform or LibDem (or even Green), at the next election. What the fuck is that all about? 2/4

The public need educating about the causes of their dissatisfaction and what the choices on offer stand for.

Witness the videos of the people of Clacton who voted for Farage, being surprised (and not in a positive way) when Reforms policies were explained to them. 1/4

Farage has moved on. Brexit wasn’t an ideology, it was a tool. He’s now commandeered his base in his next grift, migrants on boats. The fact that Brexit is a contributing factor in this “problem” will be conveniently forgotten. Institutions that should know better are enabling him. It’s disgraceful.

Moving public money into private hands has been the whole
raison d'être of the Tory party since 1979.

Your colleague Ferrari has become one of the worst culprits. Farage’s whining claims regarding Starmer’s speech are risible, and should be treated as such. They should be met with a hearty Nelson style HaHa!!
It’s not balanced reporting to give Reform’s bleating any credence at all.

I’m reminded of what Neil Kinnock said of Jeremy Corbyn and the then Left of the Labour Party. I’m paraphrasing, but it was something like “they are “impossiblists”, absolutely sincere in their beliefs, but lacking the rigour, commitment & common sense to ensure they are achieved”.

Earth Wind & Fire did this during their live shows in the 1970’s.

They don’t even look like cops. No uniform, masks and without warrant.

Rats….in a “big, beautiful” sack!

All I got from that stream of (un)consciousness, was that he was congratulating himself on negotiating his own tariffs down, because they were killing trade….I think.😳

Is this true and verifiable. If it is, it’s a scandal of national importance.
May 28, 2025 at 4:44 AM
The Right (far or otherwise) don’t need to tell the truth. There are far too many, all too ready, to believe their lies.
May 11, 2025 at 7:03 PM
Is it because it’s a different government, making decisions under a different set of circumstances?
April 15, 2025 at 6:58 PM
Rats….eating other rats….again.
Fuck me, what chance would the country have, if the silly cunts can’t unite 5 MP’s.

It’s becoming increasingly difficult to show any support for this iteration of the Labour Party. I expected that it would take time to turn the boat around, after 14 years of Tory mismanagement, but it seems that Labour are, in many important aspects, plotting the same course. Austerity 2.0?

Please keep this up, so the decline is permanent. If not he’ll buy the stock cheap and make
$$$,$$$,$$$,$$$ on the rebound.

I don’t claim to know a lot about these things, but what is the role of Congress in this? Aren’t there checks & balances in place?

I’d like to see him cry until his eyeliner ran like Giuliani’s hair product.

True. I’m going to sign and stop buying there until it’s pulled. A shame though, the men’s clothes are pretty good at the moment. 😂
