Because someone in Massachusetts broke the law on a state government website?
October 30, 2025 at 8:48 PM
Massachusetts has similar state laws to the Hatch Act, so it probably is against the law. Regardless, this just seems like childish tit-for-tat that won't convince anyone of anything.

Not a fan of this either.

The First Amendment prohibits the government from restricting speech. There is no First Amendment protection from an employer who suppresses your speech while on the job.
September 18, 2025 at 12:15 AM
Please don't cite the First Amendment here, it doesn't apply. Using it here muddies the waters for actual First Amendment issues, of which there are way too many these days.

I can't wait to see what old white Republican-lite dude I get to rubber-stamp in my pointless after-it's-decided primary in May of 2028.

I agree with everything you wrote. What you didn't write was how absolutely bonkers only three minutes was. Double that time would have still been too little. So much time wasting and so many "injuries". At least the ref didn't compound that error by shorting the given 3 minutes extra time.

You should have asked for a lot of offense.
