While I think media contraction overall is a bad thing, I’m glad that Warner Brothers isn’t going to Skydance. Netflix seems marginally less evil than Ellison’s behemoth.

Public Service Announcement: Books-A-Million has no idea how to handle pre-orders, doesn't stock enough copies to fulfill said pre-orders, then has the nerve to say the book is on backorder after sending half a dozen emails over a month's time saying they have your order. Unbelieveable.

YouTube TV is in contract talks with Disney. Every Disney station is not on the service now, including ABC.

YTTV "apologizes for the inconvenience" and is offering a $20 credit. But not automatically, oh no.

Just got back from #paloaltoplayers production of "Annie." Outstanding show - excellent cast, the orphanage kids are amazing, and the young girl playing Annie has a voice you have to hear to believe.
