This was the advice given to me - They have now separated T&Cs for the US from the ones for the rest of the world, and they have also clarified that the wording was not correct and have since re-issued.

Check the filters or rules within the client, you may have accidentally set up a filter/rule that sends all Inbox emails to Trash

As for someone who already subscribes to TNT for the Champions League football, I'm pleased that there is something else I'd watch to justify the cost of the subscription. Sadly, seems to be the way that everything FTA event is going
