A married pair of skating champions, two young skaters and their mothers were among those killed in the midair collision over the Potomac River, the Skating Club of Boston said Thursday. US Figure Skating has not yet confirmed the total number of skaters killed.

Biden didn’t just sign it, he invoked the 1953 Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act.
Trump can ONLY undo it with an act of Congress or in the courts.
