And after! The taste is alright, and the crust is a bit chewy. Think I'll need to add more water next time.

Ok. So definitely denser. 🪨 A little harder to work with. I probably should've trusted my instincts when I thought to add some more water during mixing. 💧 Oh well, we are learning. 😄 So we'll see how it goes in an hour or so when this ball is ready to make. 🍕

So it's definitely denser. But still tacky like I'd expect. 🤔 Might need to up the water next time. But we'll set it aside for another hour and see how well it rises.

Trying to bake my first whole wheat pizza dough after the doc says my triglycerides are a smidge too high and so I need to start cutting some things out. 🌾 One of those things is white bread so we’ll see how this goes. 🍞 1/2

I need to change the oil and filters on the tractor, and a dove has decided that it'd be cool to nest in the John Deere shrine where she would love to dive bomb the shit out of me. Note: We are not the creators of the shrine, we just inherited its stewardship as part of the purchase of the property.
