I leave to the highborn
All the honours of this dissolving world

not sure i'd call it a lost art, but liked the connection of tinkering to having taste.

being compared to pathlib seems appropriate!

i'm here for this sort of spawn level simplicity :
command.spawn() # same as `subprocess.Popen(...)`

Curious if anyone has ideas as to what's happening here.
I launched a new tune I wrote/produced as a short here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=4SEK...

525 views & 1 like from 37 users in the first day and a half (roughly)?
36% watched for >30 secs... ???

is this bots/crawlers?

great to visit Ollama in Palo Alto this morning.

they've been really intentional about making space for community - the way that YC companies used to when I was first doing startups. that's what makes the valley a special place to be in this industry.

Good stuff - treating small models like specialised tools in a Unix pipeline. Each agent does ONE thing well, and piped together, computational requirements drop by 90-99% compared to traditional enterprise systems.

Thanks @manav or sharing this with me!

"Red-teaming Regulators" - a team to test ideas by breaking aka hack them:
www.samdumitriu.com/p/why-regula...
not practical w/ incentive structure but right, nonetheless:
"Regulators need challenge, but too often businesses have every reason not to provide it. Red teams can fill the gap."

My email addiction wasn't about notifications - it was muscle memory. My cursor just... goes there.

Built a bash script that removes apps from my dock temporarily. No willpower needed.
Now sharing because someone else definitely needs this hack too.
