I would be satisfied if the west coast became a province, and the New England States become another. Then Universal Health care and a higher GDP than most of the countries on the planet. Then all the red states can have Drumpf and we can build a wall to keep out their diseases.

If you look how the budget (ha) bill went through the House, it is charging the committees to cut money, not specific programs so they can have plausible deniability. In the Senate they have to specify programs, and then say "I didn't know".
