A site visit today with a close encounter witness in Maryland. It’s not evidence, but my impression is that his was an authentic experience, and like many CEs, hard to explain.

Saw 2 V22s flying over the DC beltway yesterday while driving on the inner loop in Maryland. Thought I'd grab a quick vid. By the time I was ready, could only get a still of 1 of them almost on the horizon.
