Musical taste is a mad mash up of aftobeats, salsa, hip hip, 1980s indie (big Smiths fan back in the day), jazz and dare I say it my guilty pleasure I'd K-pop🤭

It's disheartening to know that lack of funding into #Epilepsy is pushing away any real advancement in this complex condition. It never seems to have the public support that many other neurological conditions which probably affect fewer people does. #epilepsy #epilepsyresearch

I've learnt an awful lot since my diagnosis and am always willing to educate others on it or correct their misconceptions about epilepsy. It's still hard to get others to see focal aware seizures as epilepsy😔

My daughter's getting herself a record player. Little does she know that I'm going to dig out my vinyls from my mum's and hog the player for a long time reliving my youth listening to this one especially.
