I only learned to cook 10 years ago and it's something I wish I'd discovered sooner. Here’s some things I felt I really nailed including Pollo a la plancha, Puerco pibil and the Goodfellas prison sauce (garlic sliced with a razor). A lot of it is from movies and that helped unlock the interest.
