Yesterday's walk was the Polden Way in Somerset. Accessible via the 376/5/4. SSSI, wonderful mosiac of land use, views, Glastonbury vibes. Friendly and well signed.

From Penhill, follow a ridge walk along the Mendips with spectacular views across Somerset. Skirt around the top of Ebbor Gorge and decend through fields and up and over small hills, across the Levels via Godney. Murmurations in winter, deer and buzzards. 376 bus accessible.
