Tooling in the JS ecosystem is unbelievably better than where we were at 10 years ago. But one huge problem remains:

That delta, mostly in time, between development and production is just brutal. It doesn’t happen often, but occasionally some flickity bit will cost you meaningful time.

We use Sentry extensively, but it's always a challenge on client sites which run ads.

My working theory is that ad JS is written by men who want to watch the world burn.

As a consequence it eats up your Sentry error quota pretty quick. Anyone have tips on Sentry for ad-laden sites?

I've finally seen the light on Cloudflare for DNS. Currently in the process of moving from having only a few projects there that have been there forever to as many as possible. Not only a great ecosystem, but even just the process of managing DNS records is best in class.
