I'd say though that people who are able to accurately trace sources back has always been a few. Both time & access are barriers alongside skills. At least here there is more exposure - but at price of quality and with risks.

I'm also concerned - partly on the QA angle, and people feeling they don't need to. Any base LLM needs fact checking. This is a teachable issue i think.

I'm more concerned with the evolution of Learning in the workforce - many of the tasks that will be automated are valuable learning opportunities.

On the attribution - is that not your paper linked to on the right?

On the wider point, i see the model summaries like an entry level researcher as of now - so the cross sector extrapolating is the kind of simplification they'd make.
