@rfhgina.bsky.social @rfhkerry.bsky.social @rfhbill.bsky.social this is the fiber powder I use, unflavored, so I can add it to my tea in the am. Sometimes I do a glass of water but just add a drink flavoring of my choice. It totally dissolves, not gritty. But I also eat beans, veggies & fruit.
