Why did the nursing home call the police in the first place? I just don't understand, the woman was clearly not a danger to anyone. He really needs to get a harsher sentence.

I live outside of the US. My nearest SS office is in the Embassy in Manila. Not sure what's going to happen if I need to re-identify myself :(
