Autism, Cebreal Palsy, Intellectual Disabilities, Downs Syndrome, and Epilepsy are all Developmental Disabilities. Which make this the very most vulnerable population as proven out as 90% of this population are abused and or exploitated according to most agencies.

People with special needs/Developmental Disabilities are abused and/or exploited. There's a plethera of laws that are supposed to protect them but it's exceeding rare anyone is indited vs the natioal statistic 90% of people with Developmental are abused or exploited.

HHS, the American Medical Association, and the Center for Disability Rights all quote studies that state 90% of people with Developmental Disabilities are ABUSED and or EXPLOITED in their lifetimes. And the authorities do nothing.

Is it OK that people like this have the funds that are rightfully theirs taken from them with no recourse? Very possibly putting them in Danger later?

90%of people with Developmental Disabilities are abused if not outright exploited. Most can't communicate what's happened to them. Even if accusations are taken seriously unless there's physical harm that requires a trip to the hospital nothing is done. BRing this to the attention of legislators.

Ot enrages me. Nothing wrong with Bidens brain. it's most everyone else. Biden has a studder. To deal with that, trying to concentrate on getting his message out and processing the BS comming from Donny slowed him down. You try debating with a talk show playing in your ear, see how you fare?

Can you get your head around someone that was born with Cebreal Palsy, went to Special Ed, can't speak as well as Forrest Gump and having the intelligence and drive to build a corporate Lan including email, Database,VM-Ware, VoIP and SharePoint?
