Scientists, academics, researchers: We’re excited to share that @altmetric.com is now tracking mentions of your research on Bluesky! 🧪
There are already many articles for which there is more attention on Bluesky than on other comparable micro-blogging sites, meaning the academic community and the general public have clearly adopted Bluesky as one of its core places to disseminate and discuss new research.
A Place of Joy.

I wrote an accessible introduction to the life and work of the first woman to win the Nobel Prize in Economics - Elinor Ostrom. She showed that are not doomed to fall into the "tragedy of the commons." Collaborative governance is possible.

This was an especially good episode.
Farhad Billimoria, @conleighbyers.bsky.social, @knowledgeproblem.bsky.social, and Ahlmahz Negash discuss the classification system used in economics to distinguish public goods from private goods and what classifying some services as common pool resources means for grid planning and market design.

We're just waiting for the funding to do this! Anyone want to chip in a grant or gift, DM me. Seriously. 2025 could be the year for this. We need a GUI + a cloud based solver implementation and we can make GenX+Sienna & PyPSA easy for all to use and access. Both are already best in class models.

Hey #EnergySky. Even if you don't see yourself as a justice-focused energy researcher, probably worth following folks who are. 🔌💡
Started this starter pack with energy justice & climate justice folks. Let me know who I should add to it. go.bsky.app/HXiuKJ5
