Trump, Johnson, and others are tossing around the word "sedition" as if the repeated incantation of it, through some feat of legal alchemy, will somehow give their baseless pronouncements about what it means a gloss of truth. They're merely incorrect.

When a president feels threatened and calls for the execution of people whose only action was openly stating what the Constitution and federal law have long provided, it's time to immediately remove him by any legal means possible.

Until people who buy their ink by the barrel, so to speak (i.e., the media), have the testicular fortitude to tell him face-to-face and in-the-moment that his vile behavior is despicable and will be candidly reported as such, he will only get more brazen. Complicity by silence is still complicity.

We should all be glad that Jesus doesn't take that approach with those who have turned their lives around. Forgiveness, rebirth, and a new life are only a part of his promise to all who believe in him.

None of which, even if true, makes Trump any less of a criminal, a child molester, or a clear and present danger to the U.S.
