Am I the only one who, as a kid, was convinced that the deep end of every big swimming pool had a secret hatch that could release sharks?

Massive congrats to my friends at @camel101.com and @wiredproductions.com for releasing their old-school horror shooter. Created by two brothers, just like us. If you’re into nostalgic survival FPS games, this one’s for you. Proud of you for pulling this off! store.steampowered.com/app/1593230/...

As a kid, did you actually dislike Brussels sprouts, or just because everyone else said they did?

Anyone else get sleepy once the plane’s in the air, no matter how much energy you had on the ground? Is it just the lower oxygen levels, or is there another explanation?

Back in high school, all my friends were playing OSM during IT class. @jeroenderwort.nl started in a similar way my brother and I did. He grew his startup from his attic to 100M+ users. Beyond our shared love for games, it’s inspiring he also wrote a book about it. Check out his book: Scoren!

We’ve been there at KeokeN, fighting for our studio’s survival. Kickstarter kept us going when we needed it most. @goosebyte.bsky.social is now on that journey with The Signal. Let’s make sure their story continues. If you love indie games, support them.

Seven years ago, we released the first version of Deliver Us The Moon. Players are still discovering it every day. What began as an ambitious dream at our kitchen table continues to fuel our vision for the games of tomorrow. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey!

The words keep flowing every day. My manuscript has now reached 122,000 words and is in the hands of my first test readers. I’m on the hunt for a literary agent to help guide it into publication. 📖

On my plane I was trying to figure this icon out for way too long. Any ideas?

In business it’s easy to get swallowed by insurances, logistics, conferences, paperwork. All needed to keep things moving. But at the heart of it, what matters is the creation, the craft, the journey that comes with it. That’s what I love the most.

About 3 years ago Andre Joglekar told me about a tiny Italian island of silence, perfect for a documentary. This week we filmed Alicudi, filled with myths of pirates and witchcraft, no roads or cars, barely tied to modern life. Silence here isn’t empty, it’s full of stories.

Huge respect for my friends at @twirlbound.com, who spent 5+ years crafting their second game. Their charming platformer, The Knightling is out now! If you love indies, go check it out, buy it, and help them keep creating magic.

Watching Alien too early scared the crap out of me, but its magnetic pull never let me go. It’s inspiring to step into the mind of artist H.R. Giger. I'm grateful to have contributed my music to this iconic franchise and traumatize the next generation too.

In nature, we marvel at its chaos, accepting its unpredictability and finding beauty in asymmetry. Yet in daily life, we often do the opposite. If we allow ourselves to see life’s uncertainties as we see the beauty of nature, we find a little more peace.

My hotel charges 275 CHF (~$340) for “excessive pollution of the room.” I sneezed twice and now I’m scared to break wind.

In Deliver Us Mars, we aimed to depict our fading underwater world, neglected and polluted, yet still showcasing one of life’s most vital resources. As a scuba diver myself, being underwater truly transports you to another world and gives a deep appreciation for our ecosystem.

Just visited @cern.bsky.social. A united place dedicated to uncovering the building blocks of our universe. Standing amidst the marvels of particle physics, every discovery here brings us closer to understanding the profound mysteries of our existence. How could I not be inspired by this?

In the last couple of years, I’ve immersed myself in countless books. Holding a physical book is still my preferred way of reading. During my trip to Romania, I visted the stunning Cărturești Carusel bookstore in Bucharest. What’s your favorite way of reading? 📚

At first, I thought it was a printing mistake. But the spine and cover layout actually follow different design norms, depending on where the book is published. Funny how even the way we stack books can reveal something about where we come from.

As a kid, my Quasimodo plush was always by my side. Social and curious, but Quasi, my loyal sidekick, offered wise advice when life overwhelmed. He wasn’t just a toy, he symbolized resilience, kindness, helping me tackle challenges with a smile.

Did you have a favorite childhood plush? 🧸
