Quinoa bowl #1 was quinoa, black beans, homemade salsa, onion, bell pepper. Techniques: used raw vegetables, cold prepared beans, and quinoa. Mixed together in a bowl. Hardly made a dent in the quinoa. Taste rating: 8/10

I discovered a quart of uncooked quinoa makes a GIGANTIC amount of cooked. Did some research (not ai) and found out about quinoa bowl. There will be a lot of those over the next week to ten days. First up: Mexican-style.

Going through the pantry and found we have a LOT of quinoa. I decided to cook a quart of it in vegetable broth and see where things go.
