I’m guessing that, if this gets built, a future administration will have to tear it down and rebuild to correct structural deficiencies.

Who in their right mind would even bother to negotiate or deal with this Administration if there was an alternative of any sort. Even a more expensive alternative would be better than tying your horse the the current US sh!t show.

Hey, Mike, I’ll give you an idea: maybe you could consider universal single-payor healthcare. Against all odds, perhaps miraculously, every other first-world nation has made it work, as have most less-developed nations. So I think there’s a remote possibility that the US could make it work as well.
