[NYC Centric: So you want a bike?]

@futurebird Arlington VA has a similar program. It is also used to train people in bike repair, some of whom might be able to work in bike repair.

@stux My son bruised his leg months ago and is still an issue. He can't drive if in pain. His new podiatrist is able to help, feels just a bad bruise. There is an anti-pain cream that has helped a lot but also advice on how to help it heal.

So this one time I would ask for those who want and and also can help us […]

1. When comparing works of the past with what is made today nearly always there has been an increase in both volume and diversity. Today we have MORE music, more books, more art, most of it isn't very good.

2. We tend to compare what survived from the past, the most enduring and best work with […]

@stux It’s like Musk being listed as a founder of Tesla by paying money to the actual founders. It’s all performative to these people.

Of course. A society where cops can demand to see your papers is a society where cops can ignore your valid papers, because the paperwork wasn't the point: the power to demand was the point.

@futurebird Not really anything new. With Tesla you have to pay extra for greater range despite it is just flipping a digital switch and no mechanical difference. One high end car company charges a subscription for seat warmer. GM is eliminating CarPlay and Android Auto because they want […]

@stux This also applies to mass transit. I've seen car commuters who appreciate it, but at one meeting I attended about adding tolls to an Interstate (Hiway) people were protesting and the only solution that would accept for how that money would be spent was widening the road. They could not […]

/2 but, to repeat, YOU should not release your video about how the charges against you are bullshit because it was heroin and not cocaine, or about how you knew the 15 year old was actually a cop, etc.

@stux Trump sees the Peace Prize the same as Elon envisions himself as a founder. You can have it by buying it, no need to have taken the action which would earn you the title.

@futurebird I have one in my attic. Older all copper Pennie’s. Very difficult to lift.

@futurebird I also have the 15 Pro. I don’t like anything larger, I would have to replace my pants because a larger phone wouldn't fit into my phone pockets. I didn’t realize that the 17 had a weight difference. I wonder if that is the result from changes to make it run cooler.

Do you think […]
