It seems that pseudo strife in cities will be a continuing pursuit of this administration & its trivially irrelevant whether the president truly believes it or not Consider: Trump in front of his TV in the oval office watching his news, a rapt bundle of sticks with a hatchet head

Picture I took last summer, I've been using as a desktop background at work These 3 lighthouses used to sit on a bluff in Eastham MA one day someone came by & said well we could 1 light that flashed 3 times so they took these down & moved them to a grove half mile inland

A local saga I was following all summer (& b’tweeted on a month ago) They dug up a small wetland behind Engineering. At 1rst I thought they’re putting up a new Bldg, but no simply remade the pond: bigger deeper Goose (lower right, last) is thinking “is all this for me?”

Donors are demurring on Big $ to a Biden P. library I have some sympathy for this (not a lot) I never felt he should have gone for a 2nd term. In the words of St. Eastwood "A man's got to know to know his limitations" Maybe one of those Free Library kiosks like the one on Red Mill Pond in Milton

This is a photo of a block of wood Part of a stop to keep cars from driving off a dead end Nothing to recommend it really, but it spoke to me somehow. I've always felt a certain kinship with blocks of wood

In my first hometown they built, somewhat unaccountably, a Greek Temple around a rock at low tide & worshiped it, I seem to recall, as a god. Declaring themselves to be (in solidarity with the land) "Children of the Corn"

Over the last couple of weeks a small wetland in an increasingly industrial side of campus is being assaulted by an assortment of very large equipments I can only conclude that the bees butterflies & cattails somehow Angered the STEM gods
