I am going to say this much. I am glad we had a special vote on Proposition 50. And it looks like we won!!!!! But why aren't Washington and Oregon following suit??? Furthermore, what good is it going to do us having like 5 more seats in the house? I pray this makes a huge difference.

My wife just witnessed a motorcycle rider getting hit by an automobile. The motor cyclist got launched off of his bike. Thank God he's alive and the driver of the automobile did not run!!!!! Talk about ten minutes of panic and trying to get through to 911. It took 4 fucking tries to reach them .

So good evening, I just sat through yet another weekly Union meeting for SEIU 521. Im not surprised nor shocked shitless at this point in contract negotiations. I just dont see the energy that previous chapter presidents or Organizers have exerted. We can only do so much.
