As long as the "Sure thing" that is the license fee and it's international business model which is at odds with its supposed mantras' it will not change for the better.

Get rid of forced subscription 3rd rate entertainment (its not news or current affairs) channel that only seems good at promoting The Old Mosley Boys Club.
