I never know what to put in these things. I'll just say that I love my wife, and I wish I could wear my kilts more often.
Memories of inescapable Iris.

Everyone wanted to take Parvati to the end rather than treat her as the main threat.

Taking out Cirie would force her to find a new ally. Letting both stay was insane.

It makes David's early ouster even more disappointing in hindsight; he definitely would have made her the priority target.

The Dems saw what happened with the GOP and their takeover by the Tea Party rump after they tried to suffocate them by absorbing them.

They'd rather remain a permanent minority than risk the same happening to them by a progressive faction.

The old Republicans saw the Tea Party as a threat on the right and embraced them hoping to suffocate them, but they became the dominant faction.

The Democrats saw and decided they would rather be a permanent minority if there was even a slight hint of a chance that a progressive wing might develop.

Trying to establish dominance. The next step would be you wanting to remove the lid to your green bin and keep it on its side.

SCOTUS will find some justification to disallow blue State gerrymanders while not obstructing red state ones.

Alito probably found some losing argument in a 1597 Scottish law court case that he finds strongly compelling.

Fox News: "Of course we're pedophiles. We love children. Why would Democrats be against loving children? Would they prefer they were all aborted? Thankfully we have a pro-life Congress!"

Waiting for this argument.

Musk can reveal something that everyone already suspected and (shamefully!) would have no serious consequences. Trump can kill his companies, have Elon stripped of citizenship and deported. Donald definitely holds the cards in this one.

There needs to be a new party on the right. MAGA cannot abide the existence of traditional Republicanism and vice-versa, but have to share one party which is continuously at war with itself. Splitting them up is the proper thing to do, and Democrats should assist to the best of their ability.

I can only assume that Eva is intolerable around camp when she doesn't get fed on a reward, so everyone takes her to keep the peace.

Republicans on Wall Street will complain about closing markets on the day of the funeral. When it's DT's turn, they'll ask if a single day is enough.
