Great story. It’s hard to fathom how some people can be so cruel to animals! On the other hand, I think prison time is extreme punishment.
It would be better to sentence him to community service with a rescue shelter.

Good question! I use CNN for TV only: to see video (when they have it anymore) and to watch Fareed Zakaria on Sundays. For great coverage, I use PBS online, on air, and on the app. Plus, I give them $5 every month and I can watch anything, anytime!
