All of my family moved to Florida, when I was young, I was always at the beach & everyone thought I would go to a warmer climate. As I approach 60, I realized the heat bothers me more than the cold, and it is easier to warm up the house when it's 0 rather than keep it cool when it's 94.

BTW The Prudential Center is a mall on the same street as the other building, that is only 51 feet shorter & you can go to the top (for a fee) and over look the city with high powered telescopes.

Woburn MA is a good area, only a 15 min drive into Boston.
