I see it. I live in the north Seattle metro area and last year, it seemed that you couldn’t drive a kilometer without seeing a BC plate. This year, I can go days without seeing a BC plate on I5 or 405. The ones that I do see are clearly here only for work.

I’ve been a member for over 20 years and I would say yes for 3 reasons. Costco treats its staff and customers with respect, the Kirkland brand is just as good or superior for a lot of products and if you live in the US they have a mail order pharmacy. I’ve also used Costco.com for a lot of orders.

I see this as a US corporation telling its shareholders that it will do everything possible to maximize 1st quarter profits. They will avoid potential tariffs by moving US orders from its Canadian subsidiary to its US steel mills. Hopefully, no layoffs will occur because of this action.
