Here just to talk about the things I like.
"The Children's Hour" (William Wyler, 1961) is the best movie I've seen in a long time. Not only it has an extraordinary main cast with very nuanced performances, but it also keeps you on the edge of your seat, magnificently dealing with then-taboo topics. I can't believe it's a 60s film. #FilmSky

I think "Ace In The Hole" (Billy Wilder, 1951), is one of the most relevant films nowadays. Morbid curiosity towards scandals has been exacerbated with social media. Murders, disappearances and other tragedies are now regular pieces on the internet. #FilmSky

When I first watched "A Streetcar Named Desire" (Elia Kazan, 1951) I didn't get it, maybe because I was just 18. I watched again yesterday and I absolutely loved it. Superb and intense drama with unforgettable performances by Marlon Brando and Vivien Leigh. #FilmSky

"Spartacus" (1960). A beautiful ode to human dignity. Dalton Trumbo wrote a masterpiece, Stanley Kubrick executed it brilliantly and Kirk Douglas mastered every second he appears in the movie.
