Chuck, the Constitution is the highest law in this land. And ICE routinely violates it on a daily basis. Your "reforms" are meaningless distractions to make us think you actually care about something other than your own elected position. Don't ask ICE to do anything, DEMAND it and then ENFORCE it.

Man, Karen Wynn Fonstad was the best. I’d pick up her books even for the settings I had no interest in, just because she made them so cool. Don’t believe I ever saw this one, though.

I read it around 13 or so and did not like it at all. Not sure I finished the first book. I’ve thought many times in decades since that I should try it again with a more adult brain and tastes. But I always talk myself out of it. Especially after watching the first season of that dud of a show.

I remember being excited when the Kupperberg/Lightle series began, but quickly fell off it by the time Larsen came on. When Morrison took over, I decided to give it another chance and whoa! My mind was blown. I was in my first year at college and this book was the talk of my comics-reading circle.

You and I may not want to hear it. But a large segment of the voters does. And they outnumber those of us who don’t care. It would be foolhardy for someone who wants to get elected to beg off talking about it, especially in a state like Texas, where religion is such a huge part of one’s identity.

Why am I not surprised nobody followed up with that in the presser? Oh yeah, it’s because the White Hiuse press corps is now stocked with MAGA morons and z-list podcasters masquerading as news orgs.

There is no “reforming” ICE. They are a criminal organization full of violent racist thugs. Why are you and your fellow lawmakers refusing to understand this? Your brain has rotted from too long in office. You–and many others like you–need to go. We need representation that is not afraid to fight.

True that she's just Projectra in a different costume, but I'd argue that she's really a different character, given the power boost she got and the fact that apart from her teammates (and the Fatal Five!) nobody else knows she is Projectra.

We never got to see enough of Laurel in this costume. I loved her various looks in the reboot but this from the 5YL retconned history was my favorite.

Wow, I remember the excitement of those first Hellboy issues! I tried to keep up over the years but everything just ballooned into so many minis and spinoffs that I long ago lost track and stopped reading. Would love to dive back in but have no idea how it all fits together.
