We’ll see what the second opinion brings, but TJS for Cole could be devastating not only for the Yankees but for his HOF case. There is still a clear enough path and it’s hard to predict how modern pitchers will be judged, but this is certainly an obstacle

People are overreacting on both sides here, imo.
Hard not to trust Stearns on these. The improvements in Milwaukee indicate at least a slight uptick in value, and I can see him at least getting close to Sevy's 2024 numbers.
