The agent, if that's what he is, has worked on this technique, it seems. He's putting pressure on the cuffed man's arteries while propping him upsight, which enables him to make the guy lapse in and out of consciousness without committing to a choke hold that might cause a noticable injury.

The US military has at the forefront of what we now call diversity initiatives since WWII. Many white men didn't like it then, and it seems a similar slice doesn't like it now. Instead of consulting with people who do the actual work, they cite "common sense" and slam all the doors.

This is a reprise of his COVID bleach moment. When Trump saw Pence was about to get some substantial TV time, he stepped in to claim the spotlight and just winged it. Hegseth seems to have made a similar mistake by calling this den meeting, but he also has more chisled sycophant skills.

Folks had doubts, but I think we can feel pretty confident now that the military will defend the constitution.
