Constantly “changing the rules” is also a tool narcissists use to manipulate and control. When a target(s) doesn’t know what to expect, it creates a walking-on-eggshells dynamic—and “usually” weakens targets. But, at some point, narcissists underestimate target(s). He’s also very under-intelligent.
