The Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard and Marines all have their own weather personnel (USAF trains them all). The Air Force also supplies forecasts to the Army and USAF weather teams will deploy to the field with the Army as well.

Not all. I worked at a private weather forecasting company in the late 90's in Massachusetts. Our customers were utility companies, municipalities, agriculture interests and some radio and television stations. We used NOAA model data, but we generated our own forecasts.
