People will lose healthcare and some will likely die or go bankrupt because of your decision. We - your voters - we’re all behind you. Just remember when people are dealing with the consequences you are responsible.

Yep. Been protesting for 50 years - not all the time, but whenever an issue I felt strongly enough about. Nothing was ever funded or paid. Though I did toss in money for snacks, etc sometimes and share with other protestors.

People who can’t tell the difference between drugs and perfume shouldn’t have authority over anyone else - and shouldn’t carry guns.

My grandma left Russia in the pogroms. Third class on a ship with her parents and 3 brothers. She was around 6, making her an immigrant around 120 years ago.

Its top of my list too. The thing that scares me most is that we have people operating from two different sets as to what they believe are facts. If we can’t agree on the facts we can’t talk to each other. And it’s the people who seem to have different values than mine that control the megaphone.

I hope I leave long enough to once again comfortably believe that our democracy, whole needing lots of work, will remain a democracy that citizens can work together to move towards justice.

People don’t seem to understand. And, I’m amazed and appalled that so many are ok with the oppression.

I’m seeing a lot of journalism of late that is dictated by billionaires and their vision. I cancelled several subscriptions and instead am paying for some independent journalism.
