The new RV resort in Mount Vernon is interesting. Sounds like it has all of the bells and whistles glampers would like to have.

I've been an Airbnb host for 11 years and have watched the market evolve. The town my property is in changed zoning rules in 2019--restricting most in the city limits to stays of 30+ days. That action definitely did not make housing more available or "affordable," however that word is defined.
