it’s ~1700 miles from Venezuela to Florida.
Twin 400 hp outboard Mercruisers would burn ~75 GPH of fuel, a barrel and a half, every hour.
If those “go-fast” boats avg 40 mph (34 kts) to go 1700 miles is 42.5 hours
42.5x75 gph fuel is 3,188 gal or 64 barrels fuel
it’s ~1700 miles from Venezuela to Florida.
