Cruel

The hardest thing to give up is cheese. I am starting to explore the vegan options for cheese. These stories of cruelty, the industrial farm crowding, the violent end of life for the things on my plate, and helping climate action by eating less meat are my main motivation for change.

They are slowly adjusting to this as we still eat delicious meals and I am not forcing it.
I just purchased vitamin B12 and am doing a bit more research on healthy and balanced vegetarian nutrition.

So sad and cruel. It seems to me crowding is likely what causes this. I have stopped eating pork and am eating less and less meat. And almost no dairy. I prefer oat milk anyway. It has been a slow adjustment due to my family.

Ludicrous.. gee, I wonder if perhaps the courts have received lobby money?
