Dear God - he doesn't know he can't run again?? I read that some idiot proposed an amendment to allow a 3rd term but ONLY if they hadn't served 2 CONSECUTIVE terms - afraid Obama might kick his ass? Even old Bill could conceivably beat this orange anus who is nothing but a blowhard menace.
