I just heard Sen. Kim (D-NJ) interviewed this morning on WNYC and he tried to explain his vote in FAVOR or Kristi Noem’s appointment as “strategic” so he could curry favor when he needs to advocate for individual constituents with immigration issues- Maybe not, Andy!
